About The President

Honorable Loveness Gondwe is the First Female President candidate in Malawias History of Politics. She is the current president of the newly formed Nation Rainbow Coalition party. She has attended several courses in the following events of time:

  • In 1999 - 2002 Parliamentarian Training Programme in various Subjects at the University of Malawi-Chancellor Collage.
  • In 2002 - Adolescent reproductive health rights in Kampala -Uganda
  • In 2003 - Study tour in the United States of America –Africa women Leaders
  • In 2003 SEPTEMBER - Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper – Dakar Senegal
  • In 2003 - Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper ADDIS ABBABA – ETHIOPIA
  • In 2004 - Monitoring and Observing Elections SADC Parliamentary Forum – GABERONE BOTSWANA
  • In 2005 DECEMBER – Conflict Resolution –MAPUTO MOZAMBIQUE
  • In 2006 FEBRUARY - Parliamentary Financial Security: The Role of Public Accounts Committees. She Obtained a Certificate of Participation at LA TROBE UNIVERSITY – AUSTRALIA.
